The property consists of three zones: Savanna on approximately 244 hectares, Wetland on approximately 80 hectares, and the remaining 100 hectares of beachfront. 1kilometer of virgin, white-sand beach faces the pristine waters of Samana Bay which opens to the Atlantic Ocean. This site is not just another property. There is inherent value in a secluded and protected bay offering accessibility which makes this property unique.
Surrounding Area
The surrounding area is poised to be the next international tourist destination due to its unique ecological features and great natural beauty. It is home to a diverse ecosystem including mangroves, tropical forests, mountains and lagoons.
The coast and surrounding waters offer unlimited recreational resources, especially for activities such as SCUBA diving, deep-sea fishing, sailing, windsurfing, stand up paddle boarding and ocean kayaking.The marine zone in front of the site features beautiful corals and marine life, making it a sought after destination for snorkeling and swimming.
Twenty kilometers to the west is the coastal community of Miches. A new highway connects Miches to the eastern tourism corridor. The property is bordered on the south by this highway offering ease of acces for development of the property.
On the East Side of the property, a group of lagoons protected by a wall of mangroves provide a habitat for local fauna.
