All offers must be submitted using a "Letter of Intent" format. All offers must include a provision for a refundable earnest money deposit of a minimum of US$ 100,000. Offers shall provide for a maximum of sixty (60) days inspection period, after which the earnest money deposit shall become nonrefundable. The closing date shall be a maximum of thirty (30) days after expiration of the inspection period. All offers shall include a financial statement, in a form acceptable to the Owner, that the funds necessary for funding the purchase are readily available.
